MM International operates through its three departments,

In addition, there are additional units for proper functioning, delivery, and vehicle maintenance to support the Operation Department. The Key Executive Officer is responsible for operating and administering all the activities.

SERVICE QUALITY – TRANSPORTATION:
- Overall capacity, Equipment, Security, Qualified staff, Management Control System & Reporting tools Policy: We have been serving Multinational & Local Industries with honesty and sincerity for the last 25 years. We have adequate staff and vehicles as well as we are in Alliance with others transport. We accomplished the activities and provide our clients with a wide range of transportation services in order to quality service and on-time delivery of the products at the respected destinations.
- We are strictly maintaining the periodic maintenance of the Cover Van on times all of our vehicles.
- As we are using our own vehicles, so in any unforeseen circumstance, we are able to process all transportation requirements as we did for another client. For example: during 2015 when there was continuous 100 days roadblock we served our big clients Bangladesh Edible Oil Ltd will full support without interrupt to hampering any kind of delay but related cost some extra payment.
- We will deploy/ provide 2/3(three) staff in your early delivery points to properly check the vehicles, documentation, and driver/helper maintenance as well as properly communicate with BAT personnel. We are using all the vehicles that have VTS. So the monitoring report, vehicles moment should be communicating to the concerned professional of VAT.
- In the case of accident/theft, immediately the information will share with the local law and enforcement agency as well as the concerned staff of VAT and take proper action to resolve the issue.
COMMERCIAL ISSUES:

- We request a factoring facility against our bill with United Finance Limited.
- A short distance of fuel consumption’s by KPL 4 (small vehicles ) & long distance of KPL 3 (big vehicles)
OTHER COMMERCIAL CONSIDERATIONS
In terms & conditions, delivery is 24 hrs 7 days a week. It is allowing a 1.5 MT delivery van in Dhaka Metropolitan City & others Metropolitan City, rest of different size of Cover Van is allowed in a particular time as the Government & Traffic law.
OUR LOGISTICS AND FACILITIES:
VEHICLES: The Company owns 61 vehicles to accomplish the activities. The details of vehicles are given in Annexure: 1
VTS Tracker System: All the vehicles of MM International have the most updated Tracker System installed which ensured the highest communication and assurance of delivery on time and as well as the client would be always updated if necessary.

MM International is a computerized modern Transport office with updated modern technology. Most of the branch offices have several computers as well other facilities to communicate with the Head Office, Branch Offices for the smooth services to the Clients. The major software in use in the company are, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
